  • that 10 percent of Virginia’s population is foriegn-born?

    Foreign buyers is just what we need to help soak up this excess inventory that is out there.

  4. I thought it was crazy that I have so many foreign-born clients here in Branson. But if they want houses, why not? I have seen the sales cycle is shorter as well. They know what they want and they don’t take much time looking at lots of houses. They are many times my favorite clients.
