Blog Brawl 4 Semi-finals

This morning we’re going to the home pages of each of our Blog Brawl™ 4 semi-finalists. Our panel of judges will then rate the design of those pages for beauty, charisma, usability — just like Miss America.
I’ve already noticed one problem. Some of the pages look better in one browser than another. Arlington VA Real Estate, for example, looks identical in Firefox and Internet Explorer. But Real Estate Zebra does not.
Here he is in Firefox:
And here he is in IE:
Note that in Firefox the two columns jam together. I’m guessing Frank isn’t going for that look, so I’ll make sure the judges see the IE version.
It just goes to prove that Internet Explorer sucks not every browser displays a page the same way. (One day I’ll explain why this means that tables really are better than CSS, but that’s too techie for here.)
So we’re going to each site, checking them in both Firefox and IE, and sending the judges the better of the two (if there’s a difference).

I’m guessing Daniel isn’t going for that look either. ;)
Oddly, REZ looks fine in both IE and FF to me….
