Lowest mortgage rates in 50 years

The headline pretty much says it all — according to Freddie Mac, 30-year fixed loans averaged 4.15%. (The previous low was 4.17%, set in November 2010.)
Even better, says Freddie, “last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.42%.”
