Higher loan limits are still possible

don't_stop Although the effort to extend the federal government’s higher conforming loan limits has failed stalled for now, there is still a good chance they might come back when Congress votes on a broader spending bill later this year.

To do: If you haven’t already called or just dropped a short note to your Congressman or Senator, now’s the time (e-mail is fine, but a paper note or fax is even better). NAR’s Realtor Action Center makes it painless and pretty darned quick; let’s make sure they know that we’ll continue to press on this. (Squeaky wheel and all that.)
