Housing crisis to end this year!

balloonsYep, you heard that right. “Housing Crisis to End in 2012 as Banks Loosen Credit Standards,” is the DSNews story, and it’s based on an analysis by Capital Economics (“the leading independent macroeconomic research consultancy”).

“[M]arket indicators point not just to a stabilization of mortgage lending standards, but also a loosening of credit availability,” it said.

Well that’s that, then.
