All signs point to a housing recovery in Virginia, including the Central Virginia market,where home sales in the second quarter reached volumes that haven’t been seen since 2007.
What’s more, prices are no longer dropping. They have stabilized or increased,, returning to early 2009 levels, according to reports released Monday by the Virginia Association of Realtors and the Richmond Association of Realtors.
