The preliminary data we are seeing for second quarter 2012 home sales (look for final report out on Monday) is another sign of a housing recovery.  It seems the housing market in Virginia is taking quite a positive turn and we aren’t the only ones to take notice.  WRIC (ABC affiliate in Richmond) ran a story last night on this refreshing news including upticks in home sales, housing construction (finally!) and median sales price increases.
