Surprise: Repeat customers tend to be satisfied

In a shocking twist, the 2013 J.D. Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study found that — are you ready? — people who use the same real estate company repeatedly tend to be more satisfied with it than those using one for the first time.

In another study, it was revealed that people who eat chicken regularly tend to like chicken.
