• MSNBC cites Virginia homeowners who are moving closer to work to save cash at the pump. The story predicts that homes in urban areas and close-in suburbs will hold their values better than those in the exurbs.
• REALTOR® Magazine Online reports that 78 percent of Coldwell Banker agents say higher fuel costs are increasing buyers’ appetite for urban living.
